GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The rental fee is based on daily rates. The daily rent refers to 10 hours including set-up and wrap between 8:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m.
The calculated duration of the rental begins at the agreed time of takeover by the tenant, even if the tenant only takes over at a later time.
After the 10 hours have expired or from 7:00 p.m. on, an overtime surcharge of 15% of the daily rate will be charged for each additional hour begun.
Options granted must be confirmed in writing.
A booking is considered binding once the booking has been confirmed via email.
If a second option is received for the same period, the 1st option has the opportunity to book the studio within 24 hours, otherwise the first written booking has priority.
If canceled 5 days before the start of work, 50% of the total rent will be charged, if canceled 3 days or less, 80% of the total rent will be charged, and if canceled one day before the start of the contract, 100% of the total rent will be charged.
Devices and equipment that are not returned or are damaged will be invoiced to the tenant at the replacement or restoration price. Any kind of changes to the premises or equipment by the tenant are only permitted after prior agreement; any costs incurred to restore the original condition will be charged to the tenant. The use of equipment such as backgrounds, lights, tripods, cameras, flipcharts, projectors, etc. can be agreed upon, but is billed separately and is not included in the studio rental.
The use of additional services such as photo assistance, studio support, catering, prop styling, set building or image editing can be agreed, but are billed separately and are not included in the studio rent.
We are not liable if your project cannot be realized in one of our studios regardless of which reason.
It is your responsibility to check the suitability of the studio in advance.
